Leapify is building the AI Operating System for Small & Midsize Businesses. We help service-based businesses never miss a lead by automatically answering calls, texts, and follow-ups using AI. We are not an agency and not a call center. We are a real product with real customers, and we are growing fast.
We are looking for a hungry, confident, and organized Sales Development Representative who can help us generate qualified demos with U.S.-based business owners.
This role is for someone who is comfortable prospecting, cold calling, following up, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our sales team. You should be able to speak clearly, think on your feet, and keep a strong daily rhythm without needing to be micromanaged.
What You Will Do
Make outbound calls to U.S.-based small business owners
Follow up with leads through phone,
Qualify prospects based on business type, needs, budget, urgency, and fit
Book qualified demos for our sales team
Follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward
Research prospects before outreach when needed
Log calls, notes, lead status, and next steps accurately in our CRM
Follow up consistently until the prospect books, responds, or is disqualified
Work directly with the founders and sales team to improve scripts, messaging, and booking rates
What We Are Looking For
Strong spoken English with a neutral or near-neutral accent
Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners every day
Experience in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation
Ability to qualify leads and understand business pain points
Confident, competitive, and resilient
Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
Able to handle rejection without getting discouraged
Organized and comfortable using a CRM
Reliable laptop, quality headset, and fast stable internet
Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, AI tools, CRM software, or B2B services is a strong plus.

Compensation
Base pay: $800 to $1,200 USD per month depending on experience
Commission: Paid on qualified demos and performance
Top performers can earn $1,800 to $2,500+ USD per month in total compensation
