Job Description:
Mognova is a design-build firm based in Minnesota, USA. We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Marketing / Project Coordinator with a strong marketing background.
This role will support marketing, vendor management, CRM updates, client follow-ups, and daily business operations. The right person should be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using online tools, and able to communicate professionally.
Main responsibilities include:
Marketing Support:
Help create and organize marketing campaigns
Assist with social media content and posting
Support
Update CRM contacts, leads, and pipelines
Help research potential clients, vendors, and partners
Track marketing tasks and follow-ups
Vendor Management:
Research and contact vendors, subcontractors, and service providers
Collect vendor information,
Organize vendor lists in the CRM
Follow up with vendors for estimates, documents, and updates
Help maintain clean and accurate vendor records
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Marketing background or experience
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
Experience with social media or
Must be reliable and able to work independently
