JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Ecommerce Video Editor — CapCut, Performance Meta Ads (Long-Term, $1500/mo + Monthly Bonuses for Winning Ads)

Livora is a fast-growing DTC women's personal care brand scaling Meta ad spend aggressively. We're looking for a senior-level CapCut editor with 5+ years editing performance Meta ads for ecommerce brands — someone who's seen what works across many accounts, not just one.

This isn't a junior role. We're not training you on hooks, retention, or pacing — you should already think in those terms. We want an editor who treats every ad like a test, knows what to vary, and can tell us why a winner is winning.

THE OFFER

• $1500/month base, paid on time, every time
• Monthly performance bonuses tied to ads that win on Meta — your work has direct upside
• Long-term role with real creative ownership
• Tight briefs, clear feedback, organized ClickUp pipeline — no chaos
• Path to grow into a creative leadership position over time

HARD REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years editing ecommerce/DTC Meta ads (please don't apply otherwise — we'll verify)
• Expert-level CapCut — this is the only editing tool we care about
• Direct, demonstrable Meta ads experience — ads you've edited that ran live with real spend
• Sharp instinct for hooks, pacing, retention, and conversion-driven edits
• Ability to articulate WHY an ad works, not just edit one
• ClickUp or similar PM tool experience
• Reliable, responsive, fully self-directed

STRONGLY PREFERRED

• Experience with AI tools in your editing workflow — especially Arcads, ElevenLabs, and Higgsfield. We use these heavily.
• Other AI tools experience (AI B-roll, Runway, Midjourney for visuals)
• Beauty / skincare / personal care brand experience
• Experience mentoring or reviewing work from other editors

DO NOT APPLY IF:

• This won't be your main focus — we need 40+ hours per week of real attention
• You can't personally deliver 10 quality creative batches per week. We don't accept rushed or sloppy work — every batch needs to hit a senior-level quality bar.
• You have less than 5 years of Meta ads editing experience
• You can't switch between ad formats quickly and execute well across all of them
• You need direction on every concept — we want someone who can take a brief and run

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit Meta ads in CapCut using UGC, product B-roll, AI-generated content, and raw footage
• Ship 10 quality creative batches per week with multiple variations each
• Replicate winning formats with discipline AND propose new angles worth testing
• Add subtitles, callouts, on-screen text
• Keep files organized and exports clean
• Take feedback once and apply it everywhere it's relevant
• Bring senior-level judgment to every edit — we want your perspective, not just your hands

HOW TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY)

We filter applications by attention to detail. Skip a step, get skipped.

1. Subject line of your message must be: SENIOR-[X]YRS
Replace [X] with your actual years of Meta ads editing experience.
Example: SENIOR-7YRS or SENIOR-10YRS
If you have less than 5 years, do not apply.

2. Send your portfolio — specifically Meta ads that ran live (Facebook Ad Library links are gold). We want to see range across multiple brands.

3. One paragraph: the most successful ad you've ever edited and why you think it worked. Be specific — "the hook earned attention because X" not "it was engaging."

4. Tell us which AI tools you've used in your editing workflow — especially if you've used Arcads, ElevenLabs, or Higgsfield. Be specific about what you've made and how you used them.

5. Tell us about the brands you've edited for, your role at each, and how long you worked with them.

Applications without the correct subject line format will not be reviewed. We move fast on strong candidates.
