Dental Outreach & Lead Generation Assistant

I am looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help with outreach and lead generation for my dental billing and credentialing support business.

Tasks may include:

Researching dental offices and startup practices
Collecting office contact information
Calling offices to request office manager or doctor contact information
Sending introductory outreach emails/messages
Organizing leads in a spreadsheet or CRM
Following up with offices as directed

This role is focused on helping generate and organize potential leads for dental offices that may need support with billing, credentialing, insurance follow-up, and operational organization.

Strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and comfort speaking on the phone are important. Experience working with dental offices or healthcare offices is a plus but not required.

This is a very part-time starter role with potential for growth as the business expands.
