Social Media & Content Management

We are seeking a FEMALE motivated, creative, and highly efficient female Virtual Assistant to oversee and manage content creation and daily social media posting for our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, imaginative, and eager to grow long-term with our company.

This position starts at approximately **10–20 hours every two weeks** with strong potential for growth in both hours and pay as responsibilities expand. We own and operate multiple businesses, so there is long-term opportunity for the right person.

### Key Responsibilities

#### Daily Content Creation & Posting

* Create **1 piece of content per day** (posts, reels, or stories)
* Schedule content in advance using Meta Business Suite
* Ensure all content is cross-posted across:

* TikTok
* Instagram
* Facebook
* LinkedIn
* On the day content goes ----------

* Upload it to stories
* Tag our business account and personal account
* Maintain consistency and organization with all scheduled content

#### Social Media Management

* Manage and maintain all business social media platforms
* Ensure content aligns with our brand voice, goals, and audience engagement
* Monitor pages for professionalism, consistency, and growth opportunities

#### Website & Business Platform Management

* Take initiative in helping improve and update our website through ----------
* Help organize and improve our Google Business profile
* Assist with keeping business information, branding, and online presence updated and professional

#### Additional Tasks (As Needed)

* Administrative support
* Website updates or website building
* Graphic design & document creation
* Organizing and cleaning up Canva, Google Drive, social media pages, and digital systems
* Other creative and business support tasks

### Important Expectations

We are specifically looking for someone who:

* Works FAST and efficiently
* Is experienced in creating engaging reels quickly using provided videos/photos/content
* Does NOT take hours to create one reel or one post
* Can work independently without needing extensive training
* Is imaginative, creative, and proactive
* Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told every step
* Can identify areas that need improvement and help implement solutions
* Is self-motivated and consistent with deadlines
* Can manage multiple tasks and accounts efficiently

We are NOT looking to train someone from scratch for this role. Prior experience in content creation and social media management is required.

### Work Schedule

* Fixed availability required:
**11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. PST**
* Must be available on Google Meets when necessary
* Additional flexible hours may be added as workload grows
