SAFA Security LLC is a growing Virginia-based security company providing patrol and on-site security services for apartment communities and commercial properties. We are looking for a reliable and confident appointment setter/cold caller to help us connect with property managers, regional managers, and decision makers in the multifamily housing industry.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls to apartment communities and property management companies
* Ask for property managers, regional managers, and decision makers
* Introduce our security services professionally
* Set appointments and site meetings for our sales team
* Follow up with leads through phone and email
* Update Google Sheets/CRM with call notes and lead status
* Maintain organized communication and follow-up schedules

Requirements

* Strong English communication skills
* Clear and confident phone voice
* Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience
* Sales or customer service experience preferred
* Ability to handle rejection professionally
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Organized and consistent work ethic
* Experience with real estate or property management is a plus

Preferred Skills

* B2B sales experience
* Call center background
* Experience using Google Sheets, Gmail, and CRM systems
* Experience speaking with U.S.-based clients
