Finance Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a Finance Virtual Assistant for Payment Collections to help follow up with students who have unpaid AA payments. The role involves contacting students, sending payment reminders, updating collection trackers, documenting responses, and reporting payment status to management.
The ideal candidate has experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance admin, or customer service. You must be organized, professional, persistent, and comfortable handling payment follow-ups through email, phone, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
Responsibilities include:
Contacting Leads with unpaid balances, sending payment reminders, updating payment trackers, documenting student responses, preparing regular reports, and escalating unresolved payment issues.
Requirements include:
Strong communication skills, experience with spreadsheets, attention to detail, ability to work remotely, and previous collections or finance support experience preferred.
