We’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager to own on-site and channel execution across key ecommerce platforms. You’ll drive CRO on the Shopify storefront, manage and optimize product pages on TikTok Shop and Amazon, execute
You’ll work closely with the Director of Growth and collaborate with the retention team on
Responsibilities
Site CRO & Shopify
Own conversion rate optimization across the Shopify storefront, including PDPs, collection pages, checkout flow, and homepage
Run A/B tests and on-site experiments; manage tooling and interpret results
Manage the Shopify app ecosystem, including upsell/cross-sell, reviews, subscriptions, bundles, and site speed tools
Maintain integrations and troubleshoot issues across apps, pixels, and data layers
Coordinate with the creative team to brief and deploy updated imagery, copy, and UGC across PDPs
TikTok Shop
Own PDP optimization on TikTok Shop, including titles, bullets, imagery, A+ content, and category/attribute setup
Monitor storefront performance and flag issues to the broader team
Coordinate with content and affiliate teams to ensure product pages support creator traffic effectively
Stay current on TikTok Shop feature releases and share relevant updates internally
Amazon
Assist with Amazon listing optimization, including titles, bullets, A+ content, backend keywords, and imagery
Work alongside internal stakeholders and external partners to implement updates and maintain listing health
Flag suppressed listings, content issues, or policy flags and help coordinate resolution
Email
Execute campaign sends end-to-end: build, QA, schedule, and deploy in Klaviyo
Partner with the Director of Growth and retention team on flow strategy, with a focus on hands-on implementation
Manage segmentation logic, list hygiene, and send cadence
Pull post-send reporting and surface performance insights
Tooling & Operations
Own the review platform and ensure review collection, moderation, and syndication are running smoothly
Leverage AI tools for copywriting, content optimization, and productivity
Maintain clean documentation across SOPs, app settings, and platform configurations
Support new channel or integration launches as the business scales
Requirements
Must-Have
2–4 years in a DTC ecommerce role — you’ve worked extensively inside Shopify and know it well
Hands-on Klaviyo experience: building campaigns, managing flows, and pulling reporting
Experience working with TikTok Shop in some capacity, even if not the primary owner
Basic familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, including listing updates, A+ content, and suppression troubleshooting
Comfortable with the Shopify app ecosystem — you understand how tools connect and how to troubleshoot issues when something breaks
Strong CRO mindset focused on the customer journey, not just task execution
Detail-oriented and execution-focused — you follow through and close the loop
Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
Strong communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and external partners
Nice-to-Have
Experience at a beauty, wellness, or CPG DTC brand
Familiarity with affiliate or influencer-driven ecommerce (TikTok Shop affiliates, LTK, etc.)
Basic HTML/CSS for
Experience with tools like Elevar, Triple Whale, or similar attribution/analytics platforms
Comfortable pulling and interpreting data in Google Sheets or Looker
