Real Estate Cold Caller (Experienced Only)

We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in the United States, and we are hiring 5 experienced cold callers to join our team full-time.
This is a long-term position, not a short-term freelance role. We are looking for serious individuals who want stability, growth, and consistent work.
Your role will be to call property owners, have conversations, qualify leads, and pass opportunities to our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities:
Make 300–350 outbound calls per day
Speak with property owners and build rapport
Handle objections confidently
Ask the right questions to identify motivation
Gather key information (condition, timeline, price)
Submit qualified leads with clear notes
Follow scripts and company processes
Stay consistent and professional on every call

Compensation:
$6/hour (full-time)
$100 bonus per deal closed
Weekly team incentives (performance-based rewards)

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year cold calling or phone sales experience
Real estate experience is a BIG plus (wholesaling, ISA, acquisitions, etc.)
Strong English speaking skills (clear and confident)
Comfortable handling objections and rejection
Must be able to make 300+ calls daily
Reliable internet connection
Good quality headset
Quiet working environment
Available to work U.S. hours full-time MONDAY-FRIDAY

KPI Expectations:
300–350 calls per day
3–5 qualified leads per day (depending on data quality)
