Join a growing wellness and conscious living brand at the intersection of fitness, mindset, nervous system work, and spirituality. You'll be the creative engine turning podcast conversations into short-form content that stops scrolls and moves people inward.
Podcast editing
Edit full-length podcast episodes recorded on Riverside. Clean audio, tighten pacing, add captions, lower thirds, and branded intros/outros. Deliver publish-ready files on schedule.
Short-form clips
Pull the most compelling 30–90 second moments from each episode and turn them into vertical shorts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Add captions, sound design, and engaging on-screen text.
Thumbnails & reel covers
Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and Instagram Reel covers that are on-brand and built to drive clicks. Must have a strong visual instinct — clean, intentional design that reflects the brand's aesthetic, not generic templates.
Social media management
Manage and schedule all content across the Akash brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Write captions, engage with comments, and track what's performing.
Content creation from episodes
Transform podcast insights into standalone social content — quote graphics, talking-head hooks, carousel ideas — using the brand's content pillars as a guide.
Must-haves
Proven experience editing talking-head and podcast video from Riverside (portfolio required)
Strong skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Ability to edit subtitles/captions natively — accuracy matters
Eye for short-form hooks — you know what makes someone stop scrolling
Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube accounts
Reliable internet, consistent turnaround, proactive communication
Comfortable with wellness, mindset, or spirituality content
Nice-to-haves
Experience growing accounts through short-form content
Some graphic design ability (Canva or similar) for quote cards
Understanding of content strategy — not just editing, but storytelling
