HIRING: FULL-TIME REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Real Estate Cold Caller to join our growing team full-time.

???? Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• EST Time Zone
• Full-Time Position

???? Compensation:
• $4/hour during probation period
• $5/hour after 1 month based on performance
• $25 bonus for every property put under contract
• $100 closing bonus

? Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident and energetic on the phone
• Real estate cold calling experience is a plus
• Stable internet and quiet work environment
• MUST NOT be committed to any other client or full-time job
• Reliable, coachable, and consistent
