JOB OVERVIEW

LAM LEGAL — TRIAL LAWYERS (Canada) is hiring an experienced High-Ticket Remote Closer to convert qualified Discovery Calls into signed clients.

We are a litigation-focused law firm with a strong inbound marketing engine and a structured intake process. This role is fully remote and requires availability during PST business hours.

IMPORTANT: This role does NOT involve providing legal advice. You are responsible for conducting structured Discovery Calls, qualifying fit, and guiding prospects through our defined engagement process.

We are building a scalable, system-driven sales department — not a personality-based sales environment. We prioritize consistency, process discipline, and long-term team alignment.

HOW WE GENERATE LEADS
We operate a structured inbound marketing system that produces qualified consultations through paid digital advertising, legal-specific funnels, a dedicated intake team that pre-screens every prospect, and Discovery Calls booked directly onto your calendar.

You will only speak with prospects who have submitted an inquiry, been pre-qualified, and confirmed interest in retaining legal representation. NOT cold calling. NOT prospecting. NOT lead hunting.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Conduct scheduled Discovery Calls with qualified inbound prospects
- Follow a structured call framework
- Assess fit within our service scope
- Present our retainer structure
- Professionally handle objections
- Close retainers averaging $5,000+ CAD
- Maintain accurate Lawmatics CRM documentation
- Operate within defined pricing and compliance guidelines

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- 3–6 Discovery Calls/day
- Average retainer size: $5,000+
- Target close rate on qualified calls: 25–40%
- 100% CRM documentation compliance

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 3+ years closing high-ticket offers ($3K–$10K+)
- Inbound Discovery Call experience
- Comfortable closing professional services
- Disciplined CRM usage (Lawmatics, Clio Grow, Filevine, HubSpot, etc.)
- Emotionally intelligent and consultative
- Strong professional spoken English
- Available PST business hours

Legal industry experience is a plus, NOT required.

COMPENSATION
- Total compensation: $2,500-$4,500 CAD/month (base + performance commission)
- Commission on each closed retainer
- Earnings scale with closing performance and inbound volume

REQUIRED ASSESSMENT (MANDATORY)
