I'm a social media strategist and content creator building a personal brand around lifestyle, fitness, beauty, and freelance entrepreneurship — targeted at women in their 20s.

I batch shoot and need an editor who can take raw footage and turn it into content that feels cohesive, confident, and on-brand every single time.

I'm looking for a short-form editor who wants to grow with the brand. As my audience scales, the workload grows with it — and there's potential to expand into long-form YouTube content down the line for the right person.

This isn't high-volume assembly work. It's brand-specific editing where consistency of aesthetic matters as much as the cut itself.

MUST-HAVES

-1+ year of hands-on CapCut editing experience
-Experience editing lifestyle, beauty, fitness, or personal brand content — your portfolio should show this
-Strong eye for pacing, font/text placement, color grading, and transitions that feel intentional, not templated

-Available to work EST with consistent hours
-Responsive on WhatsApp and communicates clearly in English
-Applies feedback immediately and carries it forward — not just to the clip I flagged
