Customer Support Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)
Hours: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | EST

About the Role
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients requiring installation, maintenance, or handyman services — making industry experience a must for this role.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring installation, maintenance, handyman, or truck transportation and warehousing services
Manage and schedule service appointments to ensure prompt and efficient completion
Facilitate clear communication between clients and service technicians
Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding installation procedures, maintenance, and service-related inquiries
Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions


What We're Looking For
Experience in at least one of the following fields is required: furniture/appliance installation, real estate/building maintenance, handyman services, truck transportation and warehousing
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
Proficient in managing schedules and coordinating tasks effectively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
