The Real Estate Lead Conversion Specialist is responsible for managing and converting inbound and existing leads into qualified appointments for the agent. This is a sales-focused role centered around lead follow-up, appointment setting, database reactivation, and pipeline generation. The primary purpose of this role is to keep leads actively engaged, identify serious buyers and sellers, and consistently place qualified opportunities on the agent’s calendar so the agent can focus on appointments, negotiations, and closing business. This is not an administrative support role. This position directly impacts revenue generation and business growth.
