HEAD OF MARKETING — US-Based Driver Education Provider (Remote)
About Us
We're an established, multi-location driver education company based in the United States. We run multiple brands across driving education and traffic safety, and we're looking for a marketing leader to take full ownership of this department.
What This Role Is
This is a leadership role. You'll own the full marketing function, set the strategy, build the systems, create SOPs, and manage execution. As the department grows, you'll have the opportunity to build out your own team (social media, content, contractors) based on what the business needs. You'll have the autonomy to run things your way, as long as the numbers back it up.
The owner has strong marketing knowledge and will collaborate with you on strategy — but the goal is for you to run this department independently over time.
We're starting with a paid trial period (2–4 weeks) so we can both make sure it's a great fit. From there, hours and commitment scale based on results and mutual alignment.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Building and owning the digital marketing strategy across organic, local, and paid channels
- SEO — technical, on-page, and content — with a focus on ranking growth in a competitive local market
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile management across multiple locations
- Link building and domain authority growth
- Google Ads management with a focus on profitable returns

- Review acquisition and reputation management
- Creating SOPs and scalable systems so marketing runs smoothly
- Monthly reporting with clear revenue attribution — what's working and what's not
Who Does Well Here
- You can point to specific, measurable results from past work — keywords moved, traffic grown, leads generated, revenue impacted
- You've managed marketing across multiple locations or brands before
- You have strong local SEO and GBP experience
- You're comfortable with Google Ads and can manage budgets profitably
- You use AI tools to work faster — not to cut corners, but to get more done
- You're independent. You see a problem, you fix it, and you tell us about it after.
- You're comfortable being measured by outcomes, because you know you deliver
