Position: Full-Time Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Online Remote)
About the Role:

We’re seeking reliable, top-tier talent to join our team full-time, working 40 hours per week (2 PM–11 PM PHT, Tuesday–Saturday, with a 1-hour break). You’ll handle photo review and revisions, quality control, essential admin tasks, file organization, social media management, and research to keep our operations running smoothly and our online presence thriving. Key Responsibilities:
Admin Tasks:
Learn quickly, follow instructions, stay focused and on task. Have precise and consistent attention to detail.
Review photos and videos to ensure quality, submit request for needed revisions and edits
Work with AI editing tools to refine photos and compare quality to human editors on a regular basis in preparation for transitioning to AI edits.
Prepare photo deliveries by organizing and uploading files into our delivery system.
Review and move files for floorplans, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Set up property websites (using our delivery platform) and ensure photos/floorplans are displayed in correct order.
Social Media Management:
Post and schedule daily content on Instagram, YouTube,
Identify and follow new profiles (e.g., potential clients, influencers) to expand our network.
Use AI to create post content.
Send pre-made direct messages (DMs) on social platforms to offer services or promotions.
Comment on followed profiles using our comment guide and training to engage authentically.
Light Research:
Use Zillow, Redfin, or similar sites to create lists of properties for tasks like market analysis or lead generation.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to pull statistics on property types (e.g., average sale prices, days on market, market trends, etc).
Maintain consistent quality, meet daily/weekly deadlines, and collaborate via Signal Messenger and Google Docs for updates and feedback.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow guidelines independently.
Computer Specifications: Macintosh computer, 2020 or newer with 15 inch or larger screen, 16GB RAM, and SSD storage for efficient multitasking.
1+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in real estate or admin/social media roles, with examples demonstrating organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube,
Excellent spoken and written English for real-time collaboration via Slack.
High-speed internet (minimum 40 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) for file uploads and research.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hired as an independent contractor; requires signing a simple contract, including NDA for client confidentiality.
Paid vacation/sick time (10 days/year after 60-day trial, increasing to 20 days with tenure), and 15 flexible paid holidays.
Long-term, stable work with the opportunity to earn raises and grow into a senior VA or VA management role.
Starting pay in USD $640-$1,120 USD monthly (paid twice monthly) depending on skill and experience with performance bonuses and opportunity to quickly grow for highly skilled and ambitions candidates.
