Leaner Creamer is a growing clean label coffee creamer company focused on better ingredients, clear expectations, and modern coffee routines.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented team member to help support both customer service and influencer outreach.

This is a long term remote role with growth potential for the right person.

We make better for you coffee creamers with cleaner, more recognizable ingredients.

Our products focus on:
• no maltodextrin
• no casein
• no hidden fillers
• balanced sweetness
• flavor forward coffee creamers

We sell primarily through Shopify and Amazon.

Responsibilities

Customer Support
• Respond to customer emails and support tickets
• Help customers with subscriptions and orders
• Escalate sensitive situations when needed
• Follow existing support guidelines and templates
• Track recurring customer feedback and issues

Influencer & Affiliate Outreach
• Research creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Reach out to creators and affiliates
• Track outreach and responses in spreadsheets
• Coordinate product shipments to creators
• Follow up with creators and maintain relationships
• Track creator coupon codes and campaigns

Requirements
• Strong written English
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable using spreadsheets
• Comfortable learning Shopify, Gorgias, and affiliate tools
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and calm under pressure
• Social media familiarity preferred

Hours & Compensation
• Part time to start
• Approximately 20 to 30 hours per week
