U.S. Litigation Paralegal / Attorney – Personal Injury & Employment Cases
We are a growing U.S. law firm seeking a skilled and reliable Philippine lawyer or senior paralegal to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting full client intakes
• Case management and calendar/deadline tracking
• Legal research and drafting legal documents
• Drafting complaints, discovery requests, motions, and correspondence
• EEOC charging documents and court filings
• Maintaining organized case files
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in litigation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Hourly Rate: $6.00 – $7.00 per hour
