You are a Mechanical Engineer. You hold a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and bring a strong focus on project management. You understand building systems, construction workflows, and MEP coordination at a level that allows you to manage commissioning project documentation with accuracy and confidence.
Your English is exceptional. Written and verbal communication at a professional, business-fluent level is a nonnegotiable requirement for this role. You write clearly, precisely, and professionally in all correspondence, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
You are highly organized. You manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain structured filing systems, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. You thrive in environments where attention to detail and follow-through are essential.
You are a strong communicator and collaborator. You work effectively with architects, engineers, and field team members across different time zones and project phases. You ask the right questions and keep all stakeholders informed.
