Email Marketing & Website Coordinator

Headline is a fast-growing sports card and collectibles company focused on live selling, e-commerce, content, and community building. We are looking for a full-time Email Marketing & Website Coordinator to help manage our customer communication and maintain our website content.

This role is responsible for creating and scheduling newsletters, updating website content, promoting product releases, and helping keep our brand presentation premium and organized.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and send newsletters through Klaviyo
• Create weekly newsletters initially, eventually transitioning into daily campaigns
• Feature new product releases, live breaks, singles, events, and promotions
• Write short product descriptions and marketing blurbs
• Upload and update live break schedules on the website
• Change homepage banners, graphics, featured collections, and promotional text
• Maintain a clean and updated Shopify storefront
• Coordinate with designers and developers for assets and updates
• Help improve customer engagement through email marketing

Requirements:

• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with Shopify preferred
• Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing platforms preferred
• Familiarity with sports cards or collectibles is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for workflow efficiency
• Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
