JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a reliable appointment setter to follow up with inbound leads via phone, text, and email — guiding them through the process, collecting required documents, and handing off qualified leads directly to the business owner to close.

Compensation & details:

Pay: $4–$7 USD/hr (based on experience) plus UNCAPPED MULTIPLE COMMISSION STRUCTURE based on qualified leads obtained and deals closed
Hours: 40 hrs/week (flexible or fixed schedule)

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads — people who have already expressed interest in our services. Your job is to reach out promptly, build rapport, follow up consistently, and guide leads through the process until all required documents are collected. Once documents are in hand, you'll hand the lead off directly to me (the owner) to close.

This is a relationship-driven role. We don't do cold outreach — every lead has already shown interest. Your job is to make sure none of them fall through the cracks.

What you'll do:

Respond to inbound leads quickly via email, SMS, or messaging platforms (within the same business day)
Follow up persistently and professionally with leads who haven't responded — calls, texts, emails
Collect all required documents and confirm they are complete and correct before handoff
Keep a clean, up-to-date record of every lead, their status, and all communications in our CRM
Hand off fully qualified, document-complete leads to me with a clear summary
Send daily or weekly updates on pipeline status and lead progress

Who we're looking for:

Strong written and spoken English (we will require a language proficiency test and typing test) — you'll be communicating with clients professionally
Experience in appointment setting, lead coordination, virtual assistance, or customer service
Organized and process-driven — you take notes, update records, and never let a lead go cold by accident
Comfortable following up multiple times without being pushy — persistent but always professional
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
