Shopify store Assistant

Responsibilities
Manage and update products on our Shopify store (descriptions, pricing, images)
Process orders, returns, and customer inquiries
Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking updates
Assist with basic website updates and promotions
Ensure product pages are accurate and visually appealing
Work to improve store performance and user experience
Requirements
Experience with Shopify, Tik-Tok, Canva, Basic understanding of eCommerce operations
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Good written communication (for customer support)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience with product research or dropshipping
Familiarity with apps like Oberlo, DSers, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of SEO or product descriptions
