MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- You MUST speak, read, and write FLUENT ENGLISH. Light spoken accents are okay, but you must understand English clearly and perfectly otherwise you won’t be able to train and learn your job effectively
- Private computer with fast, stable and reliable internet connection (If less than 5 Mbps, do not apply)
- Ability to work uninterrupted (the job demands ability to concentrate) at fixed hours
- Able to work U.S. based hours (which means overnight hours for you)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 100% training provided. You will be FULLY trained on everything you need to know to be super successful. You just need to provide enthusiasm, positive attitude, willingness and desire to continually learn, grow, and develop. Stop being afraid and begin to enjoy greater things in life.


MUST HAVE SKILLS & QUALITIES:
- Fluent in English (Reading, Typing, Speaking)
- College Education preferred, but will consider work experience as a substitute (Example: Call Center experience)
- Computer and Internet savvy
- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets

OPTIONAL SKILLS (preferred, but not a Must Have):
- Customer Service experience


BENEFITS
- U.S. $1.50 per hour initial hourly rate while in training. First raise will be at 90 days or sooner based on teammate performance at BOSS’ discretion
- Technology raise available for meeting specific minimum computer/Internet requirements
- Bi-monthly payout (1st & 15th)
- 45 hour work week (or more depending on business needs)
- Work week consists of 5 Days a week, 10 hour shifts (includes 1 hour break), 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM EST, with 2 days off
- Can work more hours/days and earn greater pay for interested and qualified individuals
- 13th Month Bonus
- Work from home
- Full training provided
- Team Lead, Supervisor, Accounting/Bookkeeping, and Account Manager positions available. Those who apply themselves and learn will get promoted. "Take care of the business and the business will take care of you".
