JOB OVERVIEW

We are a high-end content and marketing agency based in Melbourne, Australia, working with hospitality, real estate, and service-based businesses.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive GoHighLevel & Lead Generation Specialist to help us build and manage scalable lead generation systems while supporting day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands CRMs, automations, pipelines, outreach systems, and modern AI-assisted workflows.

You will be working closely with the founders to help build the backend systems that support business growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

Research and identify qualified leads across hospitality, real estate, and local businesses
Build and manage lead lists
Execute outreach campaigns across email, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Manage follow-ups and conversations
Book calls with founders for qualified leads

GoHighLevel & Automation Management

Build and manage workflows, pipelines, automations, and lead tracking systems inside GoHighLevel
Monitor campaigns and ensure automations are running correctly
Manage inbound leads fro ---------- ta and Google Ads
Organise pipelines to ensure no leads are missed
Improve and optimise workflows over time

Operations & Admin

Manage inbox and keep communication organised
Assist with scheduling meetings, bookings, and shoots
Maintain CRM and internal systems
Organise client information, contracts, and deliverables
Help keep operations structured and running smoothly

Content Support (Light)

Schedule and post Instagram content provided by the team
Assist with captions, hashtags, and content organisation where needed

Requirements:

Strong experience using GoHighLevel
Experience building or managing automations/workflows
Experience with lead generation and outreach systems
Strong English communication
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT
Able to work independently and solve problems proactively
Reliable, responsive, and process-driven

Bonus (not required but valuable):

Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or other automation platforms
Experience supporting founders or agencies
Canva or basic social media experience
Experience with Meta ads or CRM integrations

Hours:

6 hours per day
Long-term role

Growth Opportunity:

For the right person, there is opportunity to grow into a more senior operations role helping manage systems, workflows, and future tea ---------- mbers as the company expands.

Compensation:
The role will begin with a paid trial period, and then move to an increased pay contract based on performance and long-term fit.

Performance-based bonuses may also be offered based on contribution to lead generation and business growth.
