AI Video Editor & Creative Producer (Paid Ads)

At CharmXP, we are building the leading AI Charisma Coach, helping users master the art of conversation for everything from job interviews to first dates. We need a Video Editor & AI Creative Producer who can turn that mission into high-performance paid ads.

You’ll be a core part of our high-velocity creative trio, working directly with the Founders and our Copywriter to engineer, generate, and launch creative assets that drive results.

The Role
This is a fast-paced role focused on "ready-to-launch" ad production. You will bridge the gap between AI-generated content and real-world footage to create ads that feel authentic and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Video Generation: Leverage Higgsfield and other cutting-edge video models to generate snippets, B-roll, and character-driven visuals that enhance your raw footage.

Ad Assembly & Editing: Cut, pace, and finalize 15–60 second ads for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You aren't building complex motion graphics from scratch; you are focused on storytelling, pacing, and conversion.

Creative R&D: Constantly experiment with new AI video workflows to keep our production process nimble and our output ahead of the competition.

Iterative Execution: Work in a tight feedback loop with the Copywriter to test new hooks and visual angles daily.

The Profile

You are an editor who understands the "social-first" aesthetic. You know how to make a video look great without over-engineering it, and you're obsessed with the efficiency of AI.

Requirements:

iOS User: You must have an iPhone to record high-quality screen recording of the app for b roll and creative assets

AI-Fluent: Hands-on experience with Higgsfield including kling or similar video generation models. You know how to prompt for the best results.

Editor’s Eye: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools. You understand the importance of the first 2 seconds and how sound design drives a hook.

Nimble Mindset: You prefer finding a clever AI workaround to spending hours on manual editing.

Collaborative: You thrive when working directly with founders and writers to move from "idea" to "live ad" in record time.
