AI Video Creator (AI Character + Short-Form Content for E-Commerce Brand)

About Us:
DC Cargo Mall is a fast-growing U.S. eCommerce company specializing in cargo control and safety products. We are building a strong online brand and looking to create high-volume AI-generated video content for education, marketing, and social media.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Video Creator to help us build and manage a unique AI character (avatar/persona) and produce engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Create and develop a consistent AI character (face, voice, personality)
Produce 20–100 short-form videos per month
Write or assist with scripts focused on:
Cargo safety tips
Product education
Industry insights
Use AI tools to generate videos (avatars, voice, animation, etc.)
Edit videos with captions, hooks, and engaging visuals
Follow content trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Continuously improve video performance

Required Skills:

Experience with AI video tools such as:
Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway, Pika, or similar
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Understanding of viral content and short-form storytelling
Good English communication (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

Experience with TikTok Shop or eCommerce brands
Scriptwriting / copywriting experience
Basic graphic design skills
Experience building recurring characters or series content

Important:
We are NOT looking for a basic editor. We want someone who understands AI content creation + storytelling + consistency.
