IT SPECIALIST

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our team in Cavite. At Blue Harbor Media, our technology is the backbone of our multi-industry operations. Since our launch in December 2025, we have expanded rapidly across Solar, Medicare, Digital Marketing, and Outsourcing sectors.

As an IT Specialist, you will be the guardian of our digital infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure our systems are secure, our hardware is high-performing, and our team has the technical support they need to deliver excellence to our clients every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• First-point contact for hardware/software/network issues
• Configure and maintain computers and servers
• Monitor system performance and network security
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups
• Support system upgrades and IT implementations

QUALIFICATIONS
• BS in IT, CS, or related field
• Proven track record in IT Support/SysAdmin
• Strong knowledge of Networking & Security fundamentals
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Must be knowledgeable or have an experience in the following: Windows/Linux Server, Cloud, Scripting, Ticketing systems.
