AI ENGINEER

Location: Blue Harbor Media SMO, Cavite Branch

About the Role
Blue Harbor Media is looking for a high-level AI Engineer to join our team in Cavite. Since our launch in December 2025, we have committed to being a tech-forward organization, supporting industries like Solar, Medicare, and Digital Marketing with intelligent solutions.

In this role, you will be the primary architect of our machine learning ecosystems. You won't just be using AI; you will be designing, training, and deploying the models that automate our business processes and drive smarter decision-making across all our sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement sophisticated AI/ML algorithms
• Build end-to-end ML production pipelines
• Analyze complex datasets for actionable insights
• Optimize models for accuracy and scalability
• Maintain and monitor deployed AI systems

QUALIFICATIONS
• BS/MS in CS, Data Science, or AI
• Deep understanding of Neural Networks & Deep Learning
• Expert Python & Framework skills (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Fluency in Data Processing (SQL, Pandas, Spark)

Must be knowledgeable or have an experience in the following: Generative AI/LLMs, MLOps (Docker/K8s), NLP.
