We're a U.S.-based managed services provider (MSP) and web hosting company operating dual-site infrastructure and serving a diverse client base. We handle web hosting, colocation, domain management, and ongoing technical support for our customers. We're looking for a sharp, reliable Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and responding to client support tickets,
- Monitoring client accounts, hosting renewals, and domain expirations — flagging anything that needs attention
- Maintaining our client CRM: updating records, logging activity, keeping notes accurate
- Drafting and sending client communications, proposals, and follow-ups
- Tracking outstanding invoices and following up on overdue accounts
- Researching vendors, equipment, and pricing as needed

Nice to Have
- Experience with web hosting environments
- Familiarity with domain registrars, DNS concepts, or SSL certificates
- Experience with ticketing systems or project management tools
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week). Preferred overlap with US Central Time (Chicago).
