JOB OVERVIEW

Full-time, 40 hours/week — long-term remote position working directly with the owner

About Us

We are a fast-growing US land investment company that buys rural vacant land below market and resells to builders, agents, and end buyers. We are looking for an A-Player Acquisition Manager to be the owner's right hand. You will work directly with the owner every day — running offer calls, negotiating contracts, and helping run the acquisition side of the business. This is not an intake seat. This is the seat that closes deals and grows into a leadership role.

Your Responsibilities:

Run proposal calls (Call 2) on qualified leads — present pricing, defend our offer, and negotiate to a signed contract.
Work cold and stalled leads in the CRM and turn them back into live opportunities.
Build rapport quickly with rural landowners and read seller motivation between the lines.
Work side-by-side with the owner daily — strategy on live deals, debriefs after calls, decisions on which leads to push.
Maintain clean, current records in Stride CRM — every call logged, every note tight.
Hand off signed deals cleanly to due diligence and stay available for seller questions during DD.
Requirements:

1+ year of phone-based sales experience with a closing component (not just intake or appointment setting).
Prior real estate or land investing experience strongly preferred.
Strong negotiator — comfortable holding price, walking away, and re-engaging.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal English — must sound natural to US sellers on the phone.
Comfortable with CRM systems (Stride / GoHighLevel experience is a plus).
Reliable coverage during US Eastern Time business hours.
Self-starter who can run their own day and be trusted with high-stakes seller conversations.
Bonus Experience:

Land wholesaling, vacant land flipping, or rural land brokerage.
Familiarity with land due diligence: perc tests, surveys, title, zoning.
Experience working directly with a business owner or operator.
Compensation:

$6–$10/hour base, depending on experience.
Deal-closed commissions on top of base after the 60-day evaluation period.
40 hours/week, US Eastern Time coverage.
60-day evaluation period, then everything gets reevaluated with potential for commission upside and increased base.
Long-term position with real growth — the owner is building this seat to become the #2 in the company.
To Apply:

Submit your resume, a recording of yourself on a sales call (or a short clip of you introducing yourself as if you were speaking to a seller for the first time), your hours/week availability, and your time zone. You must include your favorite food in your message to be considered.
