Salary Range: $800 - $1100 w/ HMO upon Regularization

About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking, proactive, and high-initiative Dispatcher to join our growing trucking operations team.
This role is a replacement position that needs to be filled immediately. We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, take ownership, and commit long-term as a key part of our dispatch operations.
You will work directly with US-based leadership and PH-based dispatch/admin teams, with onboarding and support led by our Dispatch Manager in the Philippines.

This is not just a job, we are building a team of operators who think ahead, take initiative, and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with drivers via phone and messaging systems
Track trucks and ensure on-time performance
Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and compliance
Audit paperwork and dispatch data for accuracy
Assist with dispatching in FedEx systems
Coordinate loads and call ahead for assignments
Maintain real-time updates across dispatch platforms

6:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
2-hour break
50 hours/week
