Resource Specialist

We are a rapidly growing case management and family support organization based in Texas, serving children, pregnant women, and families.

We are seeking a highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and proactive Resource Specialist to help identify and connect families with essential services beyond employment and housing.

This role is critical in ensuring the families we serve receive the support they need, whether it’s healthcare services, therapy providers, childcare assistance, transportation, financial aid programs, or other specialized resources. You will be responsible for researching, verifying, and coordinating services tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Key Responsibilities
-Research and identify relevant community resources and service providers based on client needs
-Locate specialized services (e.g., therapists, medical providers, childcare, support programs)
-Verify availability, eligibility requirements, and contact details of resources
-Coordinate referrals and assist with connecting clients to services
-Maintain an organized and updated database of trusted resources
-Communicate clearly with clients and internal tea ---------- mbers
-Follow up on referrals to ensure successful connections
-Handle a wide variety of requests with accuracy and urgency

Requirements
-Proven experience in research, case management support, or resource coordination
-Strong internet research and problem-solving skills
-Ability to find hard-to-locate or highly specific services
-Excellent written and verbal English communication
-High attention to detail and organization
-Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
-Ability to work independently and think critically

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Compensation: Starting at $4.00 per hour (depending on experience), with the potential for a pay raise after 30–45 days based on performance.
