B2B Outbound Caller — Australian Market (Construction & Trades)

About Iridiam:
We run the finance function for founder-led Australian businesses in construction, trades, and property. Fixed monthly fee, full ownership of the function, no hourly billing. Our clients are $5M–$40M revenue businesses whose owners want their numbers run properly without having to think about it.

The role:
You'll be calling Australian construction and trades founders directly. The list is curated — your job is to get past the gatekeeper, reach the founder, and book a meeting if they're a fit.
These are not enterprise procurement buyers. They're owner-operators running busy businesses, often from a ute or a site office. The call needs to be short, respectful of their time, and commercial. We don't want a hard pitch — we want a credible adult conversation that ends in a calendar booking.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm Manila time (Sydney business hours). Sydney public holidays off.

You must have:
- 4+ years B2B outbound calling experience into Australian markets
- Experience speaking to founders, owners, or MDs — not procurement, IT, or HR
- Neutral English accent
- HubSpot experience
- Stable fibre internet (25+ Mbps), backup power, quiet workspace, noise-cancelling headset

Nice to have:
- Experience in construction, trades, property, or professional services
- Familiarity with finance or accounting terminology
