This is not a software engineering role. We are not looking for someone to build complex systems or write custom code for every problem. Most of the work here involves using Claude and ChatGPT — through Projects, Routines, Cowork, custom GPTs, and smart prompting — to solve real workflow problems for our team. If your first instinct is to build something from scratch, this role is probably not a good fit.

This is also a KPI-based position. Each month, you will be assigned a set number of tools and workflows to complete. You will be evaluated on delivery — whether the output works and the team can use it — not on hours logged.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Blue Tree Digital is a B2B digital PR agency. We run AI-powered operations and we're looking for someone to help us work smarter — not someone to engineer a system, but someone to figure out the simplest, most effective AI solution for each problem we face, and deliver it on time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Set up and manage Claude Projects, custom instructions, and Routines for team workflows
- Build and refine prompts that automate repetitive tasks our team deals with daily
- Explore new AI tools and figure out which ones are actually useful for our operations
- Use Make, n8n, or similar tools for lightweight automation when needed
- Build simple tools only when no existing AI feature covers the gap
- Document everything so the team can use and maintain what you set up
- Meet your monthly delivery targets for tools and workflows completed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep, hands-on experience with Claude — Projects, Routines, Cowork, and how to get reliable outputs
- Strong familiarity with ChatGPT — custom GPTs, memory, advanced prompting
- Good instinct for when AI alone is enough vs. when a simple automation is the right call
- Ability to work against monthly KPIs and deliver consistently
- Basic coding ability (JavaScript, HTML) as a fallback, not a default
- Familiarity with Make, n8n, or Zapier is a plus
- Clear, direct communication skills — you document what you build without being asked

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
- You haven't used Claude or ChatGPT extensively in real work
- You default to building integrations when a Claude Project would solve the problem
- You struggle to work against fixed monthly delivery targets
- You need a full spec before you can explore a problem
