Full-time video editor & content producer wanted for a digital production and marketing agency. You'll edit social media content for a roster of clients across industries from premium personal brands to service
businesses alongside the agency's own brand content.
Editing (60%) — 8-15 short-form vertical videos per week across multiple
client accounts. Cinematic, music-led, rhythm-driven. You'll work to
brand guidelines that vary by client — premium and restrained for some,
punchy and high-energy for others.
Content production (25%) — Weekly content ideas per client based on
competitor research and platform trends. Draft hooks, captions, on-screen
text. Maintain rolling content calendars across client accounts.
Social media support (15%) — Run client content calendars, track weekly
performance metrics, draft replies to comments and DMs for approval.
Account managers post and reply — you draft.
You don't need to be on camera. Your job is to be the production engine
behind the agency — making client content sharper, faster, and more
consistent than they could produce in-house.
REQUIRED
- 2+ years editing short-form vertical video professionally
- Strong rhythm and pacing — you cut to music with intent
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro a bonus)
- CapCut and Meta Edits app workflow
- Basic motion graphics and colour grading
- Comfortable switching between brand voices and visual styles
- Strong written English for captions and hooks
- 4+ hours daily overlap with Melbourne time (AEDT)
- Organised — you can manage multiple client calendars without being chased
NICE TO HAVE
After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, BPM-synced editing, Notion/Airtable,
agency experience, experience with creator or personal brand content.
