Looking for Graphics Artist for Growing Amazon TShirt Business

Hey, I am in need of UNIQUE, AWESOME, and CREATIVE t-shirt designs. And I want to develop a long term relationship for building the portfolio over time. If you cannot create UNIQUE designs, please do not apply.

I do a lot of research for what I'm looking for. Your task will be pretty basic, I will load ideas of t-shirt designs into Google Spreadsheet that I want to make and you make them even better and unique. They CANNOT be a copy or only slightly modified. The intent must be the same but the image cannot. For example, I might send you a link of an already existing tshirt and I would need it being inspired by it and made even better and unique. These will be used for print-on-demand sites, so designs MUST BE UNIQUE AND NOT COPYRIGHTED GRAPHICS.

I also value your opinion and if you have cool edgy designs that are uniquely available to me, I will purchase those as well. Leave the word Arkansas so I know you read through the description and aren't mass applying.

These will be for the print-on-demand sites that many of you know about - merch by amazon, teespring, teepublic, red bubble, etc. If you don't know the specification requirements, please check them out on the website. I expect you will know the requirements when applying.

Job pays $300 per month with bonuses included for permanent candidates.
