Full-Time Sourcing Specialist – Mandarin Speaker (China Suppliers: 1688, Alibaba..)

We are a growing COD e-commerce business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin (read, write, speak) to join our team full-time on a long-term basis.
You will be our main point of contact with Chinese suppliers and will help us source winning products at the best possible prices.
Your responsibilities:

Receive product pictures and references from our team and find matching products on 1688, Alibaba, Pinduoduo, and Taobao
Compare suppliers and negotiate to get the best price, MOQ, and lead time
Send us a clear summary (price, supplier link, MOQ, shipping cost, estimated delivery)
Place orders once we approve and handle all communication with suppliers in Mandarin
Track shipments and coordinate delivery to our cargo/freight forwarder warehouse
Solve any issues with suppliers (defects, delays, missing items, refunds)
Keep an organized record of orders, suppliers..

Requirements:

Native or near-native Mandarin
Good written English to communicate with our team
Prior sourcing experience on 1688/Alibaba..
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
Available full-time, long-term (not looking for someone juggling 3 clients)
