Remote Animation & Social Media Content Specialist (AI + Video Editing)

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Animation & Social Media Content Specialist to join our remote team.

This role is perfect for someone who can bring ideas to life through animation, while also creating scroll-stopping social media content and polished video edits. You should be comfortable working across animation, short-form video, and social media design, with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.

???? Key Responsibilities
Create engaging 2-minute educational animated videos from concept to final export
Design and produce social media content (posts, reels, carousels, short videos)
Edit videos for multiple platforms with strong pacing, captions, and sound design
Develop storyboards and visual concepts aligned with brand and learning goals
Design motion graphics, text animations, infographics, and transitions
Use AI tools to enhance production (video, voiceovers, visuals, scripting support)
Optimise content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and web
Maintain high attention to detail in visuals, timing, and overall quality
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure clarity and engagement
Manage files, workflows, and deadlines efficiently
???? Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in animation, video editing, or social media content creation
Strong portfolio showing:
Animated videos
Social media posts (static + video)
Short-form video editing
Proficiency in:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Illustrator / Photoshop
Canva (a plus)
Experience with:
Social media content creation & formatting
Short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Motion graphics and animation styles
Familiar with AI tools such as:
AI video generators
AI voiceover tools
AI image generators
Script-enhancement tools
Strong understanding of:
Visual storytelling & pacing
Social media trends and engagement
Typography, layout, and design consistency

? Working Hours (UK Time Zone)
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (mandatory)
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (additional hours available as workload grows)
