Role Overview

Position: Social Media Virtual Assistant

Rate: $3.00 USD per hour

Hours: 4–8 hours per day (Flexible scheduling available)

Platform Focus: Instagram

Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Daily oversight of multiple Instagram profiles.

Content Deployment: Posting Reels, Stories, and Feed posts according to a set schedule.

Engagement: Monitoring notifications, responding to comments, and interacting with relevant niche accounts to drive organic growth.

Direct Messaging: Managing incoming inquiries and maintaining professional communication.

Technical Requirements

Hardware: Must own and use an iPhone X (or newer) to ensure compatibility with specific internal workflows and app features.

Connectivity: Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Software: Proficiency with the Instagram app and common third-party scheduling tools.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

Strong understanding of the Instagram algorithm and engagement strategies.

Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines without constant supervision.

High level of English proficiency (written).
