Automation & AI Agent Specialist (Remote | Full-Time | Immediate Start)

We are hiring an Automation & AI Agent Specialist to help us build and scale AI-driven systems across our operations.
We’re moving fast into AI — building agents for patient support, internal workflows, and system automations — and we need someone who can execute, not just plan.

What You’ll Do:
Build and deploy AI agents (patient support, website, internal tools)
Create automations across our systems (CRM, messaging, payments)
Integrate platforms via APIs (Cliniko, Podium, Stripe, Hubspot, etc.)
Improve workflows and reduce manual admin
Work directly with the Founder to implement AI solutions
Assist in building systems using Claude and ChatGPT

Requirements:
Proven experience with AI agents / automation systems
Strong in API integrations & automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools
Ability to work fast and independently

Ideal Candidate:
Proactive and takes initiative without needing constant direction
Easy to communicate with and works well with a remote team
Reliable and consistently on time
Able to work Australian business hours
Highly responsive and active during working hours (MUST)

Full-time (remote)
Hourly rate (based on experience)
