Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with at least 2+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves building, improving, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support our business operations across both frontend and backend systems.

What you’ll do:
— Develop, test, and maintain full stack systems (frontend + backend)
— Design and implement backend services and APIs
— Work with queues and asynchronous processes for automation tasks
— Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code
— Collaborate with the team to implement new features
— Debug issues, identify root causes, and improve system reliability
— Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, and system safeguards
— Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of systems

We’re looking for someone who:
— Has 2+ years of full stack development experience
— Strong understanding of backend architecture and service design
— Familiar with queues, background jobs, and automation workflows
— Knows how to properly handle errors, try-catch logic, and retry mechanisms
— Can analyze existing codebases, understand logic quickly, and debug efficiently
— Experience with APIs, debugging, and testing
— Proficient in at least one major language (JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.)
— Experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar) is a plus
— Can work independently and communicate clearly
