OmniClose.ai is a Canada-based company. Our clients are located worldwide, primarily in North America.
We are recruiting a Sales Contractor / Business Development Collaborator.

We are looking for a profile capable of generating leads, engaging in sales conversations, and converting prospects into clients.
This role combines opportunity generation and closing, with a professional, structured, and results-driven approach.

What you will do:
identify qualified prospects
detect buying intent signals
engage in sales conversations
present OmniClose.ai clearly
handle objections
follow up intelligently
close deals
contribute to the growth of the client portfolio
Profile required:
French / English bilingualism is a strong asset.
experience in sales, prospecting, or closing
autonomous, detail-oriented, and results-driven
comfortable with AI tools
able to work with multiple clients
able to sell professionally without constant supervision

Compensation:
performance-based commission
bonuses based on results
Recruitment process:
Step 1 — Mandatory video

Each candidate must submit a maximum 10-minute presentation video, in French, and in English if they speak English.

Step 2 — Practical test

Selected candidates will be contacted and invited to complete a practical test.

This test will evaluate:

how you present OmniClose.ai
your closing ability
your use of AI tools
your commercial and strategic mindset
Step 3 — Contract signing

If the test is successfully passed, the candidate will directly sign a contract with OmniClose.ai as a sales collaborator.

Based on experience:
experienced profiles: performance commission + bonuses
no experience profiles: commission-only at the beginning, with training before working on clients
