Amazon Growth Operations Coordinator (AI-Assisted)

We are a fast-growing clean beauty brand looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Amazon Growth Operations Coordinator to work directly with the founder on scaling our Amazon business.

This is not a traditional “virtual assistant” role.

You will help support:

* Amazon advertising operations
* Listing optimization
* Creative testing
* AI-assisted reporting & analysis
* Marketplace growth initiatives

We use AI tools heavily (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, AI image tools, etc.) to improve speed, reporting, and execution.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable learning new tools, and enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Amazon Advertising Support

* Help manage Amazon PPC campaigns
* Monitor campaign performance daily
* Assist with:
* keyword harvesting
* negative keywords
* campaign launches
* bid updates
* budget monitoring
* placement monitoring
* search term organization
* Implement changes based on instructions and SOPs

2. AI-Assisted Reporting & Analysis

We are building AI-powered workflows and dashboards to help analyze our Amazon business.

You will:

* Review AI-generated reports and insights
* Help organize findings and opportunities
* Flag unusual trends or issues
* Maintain organized reporting systems
* Work with the founder to execute operational tasks

This role is more focused on execution and workflow management than deep data science or strategy.

3. Creative Testing & Listing Optimization

* Help test:
* headlines
* product images
* A+ content
* creatives
* messaging angles
* Create simple static graphics using:
* Canva
* AI image tools
* basic editing tools
* Generate image concepts and variations for testing
* Assist with Amazon listing updates and optimization

4. Marketplace Operations

* Monitor competitor activity
* Track pricing and promotions
* Organize keyword research
* Assist with product launch preparation
* Maintain spreadsheets and internal systems
* Help keep projects and workflows organized

TOOLS YOU MAY USE

* Amazon Seller Central
* ChatGPT / Claude
* Canva
* AI image generation tools
* Google Sheets
* Slack
* Loom

Experience with all tools is NOT required, but you must be comfortable learning quickly.

* Familiar with Amazon, eCommerce, or digital marketing
* Comfortable learning new software and workflows

* Able to follow systems and SOPs carefully

This is an execution-focused role.

You do NOT need to be an “expert strategist” in Amazon ads.

than fancy marketing experience.

COMPENSATION

* Full-time (40 hrs/week)
* $800–$1,200/month depending on experience and skill level
