SwooshFreeGame is a fast-growing YouTube interview and reaction platform generating:

1M+ cross-platform views per interview window
Expanding into full podcast + media distribution system

Goal:
Every interview goes live across ALL platforms at the exact same time as YouTube.

ROLE SUMMARY

You are responsible for same-day, simultaneous distribution of all long-form content.

This is not flexible.
This is not optional.

Same-day release = non-negotiable standard

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Upload audio to Podbean (auto-distributes to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, Pandora, etc.)
Upload video to:
Spotify for Podcasters
YouTube Podcasts
Match titles exactly with YouTube
Optimize descriptions, categories, and tags
Confirm every platform is live
Screenshot confirmations
Log everything in Notion tracker
Notify VA Manager once distribution is complete
Submit daily completion report
Help acquire deals and or additional revenue streams

DAILY WORKFLOW

When notified that a video is scheduled:

Upload audio to Podbean immediately
Ensure correct:
Title
Description
Category
Tags
Upload video version to Spotify + YouTube Podcasts
Manually verify all platforms are live
Screenshot proof of each platform
Log everything in Notion
Report completion to VA Manager
NON-NEGOTIABLE RULE

If content is not live across all platforms the same day it goes live on YouTube:

? Immediate termination
(No exceptions. No excuses.)

SECONDARY SUPPORT (IF NEEDED)

Once distribution is complete, you may assist with:

Sponsorship outreach support
Social media support
Content operations

(Additional compensation possible for high-level support)

High attention to detail
Strong deadline discipline

Able to monitor YouTube publish times and act immediately (any time zone)
