Outbound Sales Agent (E-commerce)

Overview:
Afina is seeking motivated Outbound Sales Agents to engage with existing customers and drive additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling our e-commerce product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to existing customers to introduce and promote additional products
* Identify customer needs and recommend relevant upsell opportunities
* Clearly communicate product value propositions and offers
* Handle objections and close sales effectively
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
* Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Previous experience in sales, call centers, or customer service preferred
* Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
* Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
