The Role

We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Designer to take ownership of our agency’s visual output across our marketing channels.

This role sits at the heart of our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into standout creative, producing work that not only looks exceptional but performs and contributes to new business for the agency.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, who will lead strategy and direction. Your role is to bring that strategy to life visually, elevate the quality bar, and contribute creative ideas that push our brand forward.

This is a fast-paced environment, and we’re looking for someone who can operate at speed without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality creative across:

- Organic social (LinkedIn & Instagram)
- Paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Personal brand content (founder & team LinkedIn)
- Website and landing pages
- Email newsletters

- Own and maintain the visual consistency of our brand across all channels
- Translate marketing strategy into compelling, high-performing creative
- Contribute original ideas and concepts for campaigns and content
- Continuously improve and evolve our creative output based on performance and feedback
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and leadership to execute campaigns
- Manage workload and deadlines using Notion and Asana

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a design role within:
- An agency environment or
- An eCommerce / DTC-focused business

A strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Brand-led work
- Social content (organic + paid)
- Performance-driven creative

Strong understanding of:
- Digital-first design
- Paid social creative and what drives engagement/conversion
- Platform-native design (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Hands-on experience with:
- Notion
- Asana
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- High attention to detail and strong visual taste
- Ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas

Non-Negotiables
- Must be able to work UK hours (9am – 5pm GMT)
- Must have relevant experience in agency or eCommerce environments
- Must have experience with Notion, Asana, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Must submit a portfolio with application (applications without this will not be considered)

- Creative consistently performs across organic and paid channels
- You proactively contribute ideas that elevate our marketing—not just execute tasks
