GHL Funnel Builder / Notion Systems + Light Video Editor (Full-Time | Remote)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a high-level, detail-oriented operator who can help us build, automate, and optimize our backend systems — and also assist with light video editing for content and ads.

This role is for someone who understands Go High Level (GHL), funnel building, Notion systems, and can handle simple, clean video edits — or is very strong in one area and willing to learn the rest quickly.

You’ll be working directly with a fast-growing company in the business funding / digital education space, helping us build scalable systems and content.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Build and optimize funnels inside Go High Level (landing pages, forms, automations)
* Set up workflows, pipelines, and CRM systems in GHL
* Create and manage automations (email, SMS, triggers, sequences)
* Build structured systems in Notion (client portals, dashboards, internal tools)
* Organize data and improve operational workflows
* Assist with client onboarding systems
* Light video editing (short-form content, ads, simple cuts, captions, formatting)

Requirements (You DON’T need all of these):

* Experience with Go High Level (GHL) OR similar funnel builders
* Experience with Notion (databases, dashboards, workflows)
* Ability to do light video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
* Understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc. is a plus)
* Strong attention to detail
* Fast learner and problem solver
* Good communication and ability to follow instructions
