Practice Growth Assistant — Natural Health & Wellness Practice

Vital Pulse Centers is a bioenergetic wellness practice built on a
simple belief: your body has a voice — we help you listen. We help
clients identify the root energetic patterns behind their health
struggles using advanced scanning technology, nutritional support,
and holistic coaching.

We are also an approved Azure Standard Practitioner Partner — a
natural food company with over 1.3 million customers who are our
perfect audience. This is not a typical wellness job. We are building
something bigger: a systematized online practice that serves clients
across the country and eventually trains other practitioners to do
the same.

We are in an active growth phase — our website and client portal are
being built out, and the right person will have a hand in shaping
how this practice operates online.

We are a small family business — intentional, growing fast in the
right direction, and looking for the right person to grow with us.

THE ROLE

Title: Practice Growth Assistant
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $500–600 per month to start · paid bi-weekly
· performance review at 90 days with raise based on results
· annual review thereafter

Work style: Fully remote · you manage your own schedule · no set
hours required · daily wrap-ups and deadlines must be met.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Your first and most important responsibility is our Azure Standard affiliate strategy. We are an approved Azure Standard Practitioner Partner, and our affiliate commission is the primary revenue stream that funds this role. Your job is to find Azure Standard content on YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook and leave warm, genuine comments with our practitioner discount code naturally woven in — every single day.
When done well a comment feels like a genuine gift to someone who is already interested — not a sales pitch. Quality authentic engagement drives code usage and directly impacts our monthly commission. This task is ongoing and always a priority no matter how the role grows.
From day one you will also:
- Log every comment in our tracking spreadsheet
immediately after posting
- Update your daily progress in Trello — tasks
completed, wins, questions, and tomorrow's plan
- Send a daily wrap-up email to Kaloa before
you log off each day
- Write SOPs for every task you learn and repeat

As you grow into the role your responsibilities will expand to include:

- SuiteDash client portal management and daily operations
— full training provided
- Evergreen Facebook content calendar using ---------- — rotating posts, always building ahead
- Supplement order tracking and admin support
- Expanding social content to Instagram as the role grows
- Claude AI tools and business operations support
- Clinic operations management as the practice grows
