Position: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads + Paid Social + SEO) – Remote
We are a U.S.-based medical aesthetic company looking for an experienced performance marketing specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns and improve our organic search presence.

???? Role Overview:
This role is focused on driving leads and conversions through paid campaigns and improving SEO performance — not content creation.

???? Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Run and scale
• Drive traffic to our website and landing pages
• Generate high-quality leads for our spa in Kansas
• Analyze performance and improve results (CPC, CPL, conversions)
• Set up targeting, audiences, and retargeting campaigns
???? SEO Responsibilities:
• Optimize website content for search engines (on-page SEO)
• Perform keyword research for local and service-based searches
• Improve website rankings on Google (especially for local search – Kansas area)
• Implement basic technical SEO improvements (meta tags, structure, indexing)
• Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvements

? Requirements:
• Proven experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
• Experience running
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
• Experience with SEO (on-page + basic technical)
• Ability to track and analyze performance data
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients (preferred)
• Strong English communication
